Dignity Health Medical Group – Sierra Nevada is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sierra Nevada Gastroenterology, effective June 9, 2025. The clinic will reopen to patients as Dignity Health Medical Group – Sierra Nevada on June 16, 2025.

This acquisition ensures continued access to high-quality gastroenterology (GI) care for the Grass Valley community. Patients will continue to receive care from the same physicians and advanced practice providers they know and trust. Furthermore, they will now benefit from streamlined access to Dignity Health’s comprehensive network, including Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital and Dignity Health Urgent Care.

• The clinic will continue to offer limited walk-in and virtual appointments: Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Our clinic will continue to see established patients of Dignity Health Medical Group – Sequoia, including adults and children over 14 years of age. This includes patients with PPO plans, Medicare, and Health Plan of San Mateo.
• Beginning June 1, 2025, we will continue to accept most health plans. However, patients without insurance, or with out-of-network coverage, will be required to pay out-of-pocket for services.

Dignity Health Medical Group – Sequoia (DHMG – Sequoia) is excited to announce the expansion of its Half Moon Bay primary care clinic to include urgent care services and extended hours of operation. Starting November 13, this pilot program will run for six months and aims to provide essential pediatric and adult urgent care services to the community while gaining valuable insights into the health care needs of coastal residents.

Radiology Medical Group (RMG) and Dignity Health Dominican Hospital are restructuring their long-standing joint venture, Santa Cruz Comprehensive Imaging, which includes Dominican Breast Center. 

Effective Nov. 1, 2024, RMG facilities will be rebranded as Dignity Health Advanced Imaging – Santa Cruz. This change brings a new name but ensures patients continue to receive the same expert care from the clinicians they know and trust.
