Longtime Redding Resident Named New Clinic Operations Manager, Dignity Health Medical Group – North State

Dignity Health Medical Foundation welcomes health care leader Holley Neville as Clinic Operations Manager for Dignity Health Medical Group – North State. In this role, Neville will work to maximize the effectiveness of clinic operations at three Dignity Health Medical Group – North State locations that provide primary care, cardiology, and general surgery to the Redding community.

Holley Neville, Clinic Operations ManagerNeville holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, from National University and brings nearly 20 years of health care experience to her new role. In addition to operations management, she is currently working towards her Masters in Healthcare Administration, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.

Together with our leadership, providers, and staff, Holley will help us continue to put patients at the center of everything we do.”

As Clinic Operations Manager, Neville engages staff and cultivates a care center culture that prioritizes humankindness and patient-centric care. She works closely with our expert providers to ensure that the care needs of the community are met.

Previously, Neville managed at both Shasta Community Health Center and North Valley Neurosurgery in Redding. Neville is a longtime Redding resident and is very passionate about family, her community, and the patients at Dignity Health Medical Group – North State.

Along with local affiliated Dignity Health hospitals (Mercy Medical Center – Mt. Shasta, Mercy Medical Center – Redding, and St. Elizabeth Community Hospital), the group offers high quality, compassionate care in family medicine, internal medicine, OB/GYN, cardiology and interventional cardiology, neurology and neuro-interventional, general surgery, endovascular surgery, and orthopedic surgery including general, total joints and spine.
