Dignity Health Medical Foundation has announced that Redding native Roxanne Bullock has been promoted to Director of Operations for Dignity Health Medical Group – North State. In this role, Bullock will lead operations for seven clinics located in Redding and Red Bluff.

“Roxanne is a proven health care leader and advocate for patient-centered care,” said Robert Folden, Executive Director, Dignity Health Medical Foundation. “In her new role, Roxanne will work with local partners and our talented providers to continue to deliver high-quality, affordable care and multi-specialty services to the community.”

As Director of Operations, Bullock will be responsible for cultivating a culture that prioritizes humankindness. She is also accountable for operational, financial, clinical, quality and business development activities, including provider recruitment.

Previously, Bullock was the manager of clinic operations for Dignity Health Medical Group – North State, where she worked closely with staff and providers to ensure that fiduciary and care center goals were met. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Care Management from Simpson University in Redding. Bullock is an active member of the community and is a past president of the Far Northern Medical Group Management Association. She lives in Redding with her husband Matt and their children Carver and Trinity.

Dignity Health Medical Group – North State, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, has seven locations in Redding and Red Bluff.
