AMGA honored seven organizations with 2018 Together 2 Goal® Awards, recognizing the top performers in AMGA Foundation’s Together 2 Goal® campaign, a national initiative uniting 150 medical groups and health systems in an effort to improve care for 1 million people with Type 2 diabetes by 2019. Mercy Medical Group received “Most Improved Large Group.”
