Mercy Medical Group, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation was recognized for its achievements in diabetes care by AMGA. AMGA honored seven organizations with 2018 Together 2 Goal® Awards, recognizing the top performers in AMGA Foundation’s Together 2 Goal® campaign, a national initiative uniting 150 medical groups and health systems in an effort to improve care for 1 million people with Type 2 diabetes by 2019. Mercy Medical Group received “Most Improved Large Group.”

Mercy Medical Group and Woodland Clinic Medical Group have both received the highest level of achievement for outstanding primary care from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The groups were awarded Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH) recognition.
